What we collect

We collect no user data. This extension requires no account, and uploads, sends, or stores none of your information to any server. It contains no analytics or advertising components.

How your data is processed

All text you paste, type, or clean is processed locally in your browser:

• Cleaning, formatting, and formula rendering (KaTeX is bundled locally, no network) all run on-device;
• Copying and exporting (Word / PDF) are also generated locally; files are saved only to your local Downloads folder;
• At no point is your text sent to an external server.

Where data is stored

Only the following is kept on your current browser locally:

• Your "History" list (latest 30 entries), stored only in your browser's local storage (chrome.storage.local);
• This data is controlled entirely by you and your browser. The developer cannot access it, and it is not synced to other devices or uploaded.

Permissions

• storage: to keep your history locally.
• sidePanel: to open the extension's panel in the browser sidebar.
• clipboardWrite: to write the result to the system clipboard when you click "Copy plain text / Copy rich text".
• downloads: to save the generated Word / PDF file to your local Downloads folder (no network upload involved).
• clipboardRead (optional): requested only when you click "Paste", to read the system clipboard directly. You may deny it; denying it does not affect any other feature (manual paste, copy, export all still work).

Third parties

We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to any third party.
